We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information on our website are accurate.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

We reserve the right to update product information, prices and availability where necessary.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£).

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

You will receive an order confirmation by email. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason, such as an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or stock availability issue.

5. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Orders will normally only be dispatched once payment has been successfully received.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product or checkout page.

Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery service used and circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delays caused by the delivery provider may be outside our control. However, we will always make reasonable efforts to help resolve delivery problems.

7. Returns and cancellations

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the UK, you generally have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

You then generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned products should be unused and in their original condition where reasonably possible.

This cancellation right does not apply to certain goods, including personalised or bespoke products where the law permits an exception.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

8. Faulty or damaged products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty or does not match the description provided on our website, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Growing Greatness website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, illustrations, product designs and educational materials, belongs to Growing Greatness or is used with permission unless otherwise stated.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

This includes our educational resources and original Konkani for Kids materials.

We will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, serious disruption to delivery services, technical failures or other events outside our control.
